THE PROJECT
This interior renovation opened up the main level into a bright, open-concept living and kitchen area, finished with grey shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large-format marble-look tile flooring throughout.
The bathrooms were fully rebuilt with glass-enclosed walk-in showers, double vanities, and a mix of marble-look and herringbone tile, including a pebble-tile shower floor.
The bedrooms were updated with fresh paint, new trim, ceiling fans, and the same marble-look tile flooring, and the second-story deck and rear exterior were refreshed as well.
